What to know before you start planning.
Do guests need an account?
No. Send them the link and they can open the form and answer your questions. The wedding schedule and seat lookup work without an account too.
Can I edit the ready-made questions?
Yes. Choose the questions you need, change the wording or add your own. You could ask about allergies or whether guests need help with travel.
Can we plan together as a team?
Yes. Invite family, friends or your planner. Everyone can use the shared board, move tasks, complete checklists and leave comments.
Do I need to copy guests from the form myself?
No. Guests who respond appear in your project guest list automatically. You mark who is attending in the list. Guests marked as confirmed or with no attendance status are available for seating. Guests marked as not attending are left out.
How does a guest find their table and seat?
The host shares a link to the plan. A guest enters their name, selects themselves and sees their table number and highlighted seat.
How can a guest edit a submitted response?
After submitting the form, guests see a link to edit their answer. They should save it. If it is lost, the host can create a new link and send it to them.
What can I add to the guest wedding page?
The date, schedule, venue map, dress code, gift wishes, contacts and answers to common questions. Add the guest form and seating plan too, so everything is easy to find.
